TRAVEL ORGANIZATION
We organize the trip and your stay on site, taking care specifically of your needs.
HOSPITALITY
Cognitive meeting with our local contact person and presentation of the program established for the duration of the stay.
ORIENTATIVE VISIT WITH OUR CONTACT PERSON ON SITE
Guided tour of the city with the contact person oriented to potential areas of interest, therefore residential areas, locations suggested by the customer and, according to need, areas where schools, hospitals etc. are located. At the same time, immigration, leasing and purchasing procedures are explained.
PERFORMANCE OF BUROCRATIC PRACTICES
Information on the facilities that pensioners can enjoy in the chosen destination. Practices for obtaining the tax code, verification of the documents and requirements necessary to obtain the visa and related permits.
BANK SERVICES
Assistance in opening a local bank account and any request and evaluation of financial products (loans, mortgages, leasing, etc.).
SEARCH FOR THE HOUSE
Together with the contact person, one or more appointments are set for the visit of the selected real estate properties (up to 10 visits to different properties). Advice on the legal aspects of the contract relating to the rental or purchase of the real estate unit is included. Assistance in carrying out all the bureaucratic procedures up to the conclusion of the contract, payment and delivery of the keys.
SIM CARD
Included in the package will be provided a sim card to be able to make calls locally and to the country of origin.
HEALTH COVER
Retrieval of necessary documents, request for registration with the National Health Service where this is available or, alternatively, with the private system.
